Buxton Home Ed Music & Creative Days

Join us for a series of exciting music and creative workshops designed for home-educated young people aged 8 -18.
Work alongside experienced musicians to develop your jam playing, composition, and collaboration skills and create original music to perform at a live music festival in September.
What’s on offer:
- Instrumentals & Vocals — led by multi-instrumentalist Gareth Carbery
- Writing & Composition — led by singer-songwriter Rizzy Stephenson
- Cross Artform & Performance — explore another art form to complement your music
Participants can also work towards an optional Arts Award qualification.
Dates: Wednesday 8th, Friday 10th, Wednesday 22nd & Friday 24th July
Time: 10am – 3pm
Location: Barton Methodist Church, 1 Chapel Street, SK7 7HK
Cost: FREE for all home-educated young people
