Derbyshire Makes 2026
We’re thrilled to announce our involvement in Derbyshire Makes for 2026, bringing together communities across the county in a celebration of creativity, craft and making. This year’s programme features six distinctive festival days, each hosted by a different hub and reflecting the unique character and heritage of its location. Whether you’re passionate about visual arts, music, performance or hands-on making, there’s something for everyone.
Festival Dates and Locations
The festival programme kicks off at Cromford Mills on Saturday 11 April and continues through May with events across the county:

- Swadlincote – Saturday 25 April
- Heanor – Saturday 2 May
- Glossop – Saturday 9 May
