    The Felted Fall of Leaves

    Participants worked with artist Carol Wilson to make individual felted squares on an Autumn theme – to include wet felting and then embellishing the work with embroidery. To start the project, everyone made a small square inspired by the traditional felting of Kyrgystan. [foogallery id=”9856″]

    Relief metal work sculpture for Brookfield Pond. We are busy working with artist Adele Kime to create artwork for the railing on Brookfield Pond on Reservoir Road, Whaley Bridge.     The Social Arts Exchange is our creative mentoring service, supporting young people age 8+, who have been especially affected by all the impacts of Covid-19.  The service launched at the end of 2020 with funding from BBC Children in Need, National Lottery Community Fund and later Derbyshire County Council and High Peak Public Health funds.
